Drawstring waist for comfort, maximum 38 inch waist. For larger sizes, please order XL for up to a 48 inch waist. USA-Made. 100% polyester.
This is very much a "bridal" hoopskirt, acetate and tull and all, in snow white, not the ivory shade shown. I was hoping for something a little more period--at least a cottony feel to the fabric.

I have purchased it for my wedding gown and I like the way it support the skirt of the dress. It would be perfect if there was an elastic band at the waist instead the ribbon, but I'm really pleased about my purchase.

This underskirt was perfect for under the silver skirt (also from the Emporium) I purchase as part of my bridal outfit. It fit a little tight in the hips (but considering my hips are over 15 inches larger than my waist that is not unusual and makes shopping oh so much fun) however not enough to make it uncomfortable nor bunch up.

The hooped underskirt was well made and I didn't even realize until I received it that it could be 2 slips in one. A hoop skirt, or remove the hoop & you have a "poofy" slip. Perfect for my long velvet skirt.
