briliant product, well worth what i paid for it, though the packaging was a little silly, as it was a foot long box, containing a small plastic bag, containing a faux velvet bag, containing the monocule, none the less, well worth it, it was kind of funny actually.

Not truely a monocle but serves the purpose. The chain is very nice but I'll keep that for something else and used a thin black string tie and put snaps on the ends to join them. The nifty velvet bag it comes in is perfect for a money bag of coins, brothel tokens, etc.

The monocle looks great, and magnifies well, but its diameter is a bit too large for it to properly stay perched on the eye. No monopoly guy look for me with this one.

The object felt cheap to the touch. The chain broke within a day of normal use getting a feel for the item. The optics of the lens are fine and I use it for detailed inspection of merchandise. More a novelty item than serious eye piece.

My daughter was on a mission to find a monocle for a costume but it needed to be actually placeable on the eye and seen through and this could do neither. It is to big to fit into an eye socket and then do that squinting thing that holds it in place and the glass is not clear so so it can't be seen through.It didn't fit her needs but if someone wanted one just as a prop that hangs and looks real it would be just fine! we returned with no problems and customer service, in terms of fast shipping and prompt credit for the return was fantastic!
