Stever B. Toronto ON	A very simple tie tack that I bought to go with the Silk Puff Tie (000622). Works very well, and for less than $4, a great price. Looks like I may have got one of the last ones, though, as the site now says that they are sold out.If they get more, I would recommend this item to anyone looking to put an elegant finishing touch to their look!

John the Ripper Chandler AZ	The post that connects the pearl to the base is a bit under 1/2 inch, longer than seems necessary. I recommend buying an additional tack for every tie you purchase and leaving it in place once inserted, as it leaves a visible hole which would draw attention on a solid-toned ascot or cravat with no pattern. This tack is useful for getting people to notice details about your appearance.

Durhampiper Durham NC	This is essential for keeping your ascot or puff tie in place. I actually run my pin through my shirt to keep my ascot exactly where I want it (I tie mine rather differently than the method shown in the demo here, and it needs something to keep the two ends together and in the right place). The white pearl is particularly striking againt black silk.

Injun Bob San Diego area	It's just a tie tack but they're hard to find anymore. It came quick, in great condition, and was reasonably priced. I don't know if it's a real pearl but it will fool the casual observer. The shipping box was huge though, big enough to park my RV inside.
