Our faithful reproduction pith helmet is in the style synonymous with British colonial and foreign service history.
Produced in Vietnam by artisans who understand the need for a good pith helmet, the body of the helmet is made from tree heart (pith) following the style of 100 years ago, and can sustain heavy sunlight as well as rainfall.
Features a bright white canvas exterior, vented roof, interior dark green shade cloth, and adjustable faux-leather sweatband. One size fits most -- the sweatband accommodates up to approximately size 7 3/8 -- but the helmet can comfortably be worn "high" on larger heads.
Excellent product for the price. Mostly historically correct which can be remedied with a few modifications. Highly recommended!

I wanted the helmet for a specific event, a costume themed fund raiser. I was concerned about the quality and short shipping time. Both of my concerns were needless as the order arrived within a couple of days and the helmet was perfect! Everyone at the event loved it.

This Helmet is easily cleaned and adjusted to fit. The only problem that I had was from the glue used during construction: it has a very strong odor and takes a long time to go away. It is especially noticeable while wearing it. I did receive multiple compliments while wearing it.

This hat is brilliant!It's a good alternative to sunglasses in my opinion and I wear it almost every time I have to do something outside when the sun is high and it's hot.The materials feel and look to be of a high quality. The adjustable width is very handy too.
